Amanda Ruud is a visiting assistant professor of humanities and literature in Christ College, the honours college at Valparaiso University. Her research area is Shakespearean drama and poetry, with a special focus on performances of grief and loss. She teaches courses that blend study, reflection, and performance and serves as director of the Christ College First Year Production.
