Gustavo H. R. Santos

Gustavo H. R. Santos is the program administrator for the Master of Arts in Leadership, Theology, and Society (MALTS) at Regent College. 

He developed a corporate career in Brazil as a management consultant and moved to Canada to pursue a master of arts in theological studies. His focus is on the theology of work and its implications to institutions and individuals — particularly the working class. Most of his career developed on managing teams in data-driven analyses designed to provide fact-based insights for executive decision-making. 

He is married to Andrea, with whom he has shared his life for 13 years.
