Bob Metcalf

Bob Metcalf has served as an Adjunct Law Professor in Beijing for most of the past decade, including teaching and lecturing at Peking University, Tsinghua University and China University of Law and Political Science. Prior to that, he served as the Deputy Attorney General in Virginia, as the Cabinet Secretary (Health and Human Resources) in Virginia’s Office of the Governor, partner in a law firm, and Executive Director of the Virginia Medicaid Department.

Metcalf has a J.D. degree from George Mason University School of Law, a Masters in Social Science administration from Case Western Reserve University, and a B.A. from Wheaton College. He lives in Linden, Virginia.
