Brad East

Brad East (PhD, Yale University) is an associate professor of theology at Abilene Christian University in Abilene, Texas. He is the author of five books, including Letters to a Future Saint: Foundations of Faith for the Spiritually Hungry (Eerdmans, 2024) and The Screen-Free Church: How Pastors Can Diagnose and Resist the Spiritual Costs of Technology (Baker, 2027). His writing has appeared in Christianity Today, Commonweal, First Things, The Hedgehog Review, The Lamp, Los Angeles Review of Books, The New Atlantis, Mere Orthodoxy, Plough, The Point, and elsewhere.
