Megan Furman

Megan obtained her B.A. in English from the University of Notre Dame and her Masters in English from Oxford University. She has studied, worked, and lived in the U.S., Italy and Chile and now resides in England, where she works as a freelance writer and a research consultant on Middle Eastern Affairs.

Megan’s background in literature and peace studies has fueled a desire to lead literature, creative writing, and spoken word workshops in situations of conflict. She hopes to learn from psychosocial and arts-based initiatives in refugee camps in Africa and the Middle East and is currently undertaking training at the Bard School in London.
