Micah Mattix is Assistant Professor in Literature at Houston Baptist University and the review editor of The City, a journal of Christian thought from Houston Baptist University. His essays and reviews have appeared in First Things, America, Touchstone, Books & Culture, and Octopus Magazine, among others.
