Rebecca Vachon is Cardus’s health program director. Born in Saskatchewan, raised in Ontario, and married to a Quebecois, she and her husband Jean-Francois live with their fluffy Shih Tzu, Cannelle, in Ottawa, Canada. She holds a doctorate in public administration from the University of Ottawa.
